Behind the paywall today is a draft of around two thirds of Chen Yingning’s annotation of the Ling Yuan Da Dao Ge, a document written by Cao Wenyi during the Song Dynasty and the first known Neidan document to have been written by a female practitioner. It is considered to be a gender neutral method that can be practiced by everyone. The translation is about 18 pages single spaced, so a pretty good opportunity to learn about a unique approach to Neidan and the understanding of one of the greatest modern masters.
